Midtown Village Fall Festival 2015
It's that time of year again... Join us Saturday, October 3rd, at the corner of 13th and Samson for a great day outside filled with food, drinks & lives music! We will be featuring two of our most popular pork sandwiches, The 50/50 (Best of Philly): 1/2 pork, 1/2 bacon, sriracha spread and sharp provolone & The Classic Pork: sharp provolone and broccoli rabe. We will also be serving Chocolate Covered Bacon for dessert. Hours of the festival will be from 12pm to 8pm (rain or shine).

The Pope Visit and World Meetings of Families 2015
Through Monday, September 21 until Sunday, September 27, we will be featuring three sandwiches to commemorate Pope Francis's historic visit to Philadelphia.
The Steak Franwich: brisket with mild provolone cheese and caramelized onions, a tribute to Philadelphia's famous cheesesteaks
The Holy Pork: pork with sharp provolone cheese and broccoli rabe
The Vatican Turkey: turkey with black cherry spread, bacon and baby arugula
Featured sandwiches will be available at both locations and we will have normal business hours.

The Taste of the Neighborhood - 20th Anniversary!
Please join us Friday, September 18th from 12pm-1pm outside at Lubert Plaza, Hamilton Building (located on Locust Street between 10th and 11th Street). We will be handing out hundreds of delicious bite size sandwich samples for everyone to try. In addition, there will be lots of others restaurants handing out their signature dishes as well.
Admission: $5, all proceeds go to local food oriented charities (to name a few, Vetri Foundation for Children & Philabundance).
If raining, the event will be held in the Bluemle Life Science Building, Room 105/107, 233 South 10th Street.
Hot Pastrami, Mustard & Rye Bread
We are very excited to announce we are currently working on Hot Pastrami to offer Wednesdays in September. Here are a few things about the pastrami... We start off with a whole brisket and cure it for a few days in a house brine and slow roast it with a homemade rub. The final product is truly amazing, served with Gold's Deli mustard and Rye Bread from New York! Here are a few shots of what we have been eating the last couple of weeks and we hope to serve you the same. Hot Pastrami will be available at both locations.
