Hot Pastrami, Mustard & Rye Bread

We are very excited to announce we are currently working on Hot Pastrami to offer Wednesdays in September.  Here are a few things about the pastrami... We start off with a whole brisket and cure it for a few days in a house brine and slow roast it with a homemade rub. The final product is truly amazing, served with Gold's Deli mustard and Rye Bread from New York!  Here are a few shots of what we have been eating the last couple of weeks and we hope to serve you the same.  Hot Pastrami will be available at both locations.
